We use an innovative Epoxy & Polyaspartic System that combines the benefits of both epoxy & polyaspartic to provide a superior flooring solution. We use a High Strength Epoxy Primer that fuses itself to the concrete, creating a durable base preventing peeling and cracking. A Polyaspartic Topcoat is then applied as a protective layer that adds abrasion , chemical, and UV resistance for a beautiful, long lasting finish.
Our Process
Grind : As with any professional concrete coating installation the first and most important step is grinding the concrete surface. This ensures our epoxy primer properly bonds to the concrete and it also levels out any imperfections the surface may have.
Crack Repair : The next step in our install is addressing any cracks or spalling on the concrete surface to allow a uniform finish.
Epoxy & Flake : We then continue our process with our epoxy primer & flake. Our high strength epoxy primer allows proper strength and adhesion to the concrete surface and the flake allows a uniform and beautiful result.
Top Coat: The final and most important step is our durable polyaspartic top coat. This allows a seamless and smooth finish with the durability to handle everyday wear and tear.
